I'm back from deer hunting and back in the groove I was fortunate to shoot a respectable 10 point. Had an excellent weekend of hunting we shot 68 birds over the weekend. The DNR is reporting 28,000 birds here not so sure there's that many but we're seeing substantial numbers on all sides of town. Read More

Overall we had a good week of hunting even with a full moon. Took home many limits on several days. We had a good migration on Monday we're seeing a lot of new birds. Harvest is still slowed down by wet crops but we have made some progress. Hopefully everyone can go out and kill their deer this weekend and then focus on waterfowl. Read More
