Well the birds are breaking out of town in all directions to feed now that their soccer fields are finally covered with snow! Late season looks like it is going great time to be hunting in Rochester

Well it was a good final 3 days after Thanksgiving to close out the Regular Season in Rochester, total we took 185 geese for the 3 days. With lots of birds in town going into the split and more to soon arrive it should be one heck of a late season barring Mother Nature does not throw us a curveball again.

We're looking forward to another great season in 2011. We still have 19 pitted fields on all sides of town to ensure quality goose hunts everyday. Regular season runs from October 1st thru November 27th than reopens December 8th thru January 1st.

The Anoka Game Fair was a great success. Thanks to everyone that stopped by and said hello and we'll look forward to seeing you this fall. We still have some spots for early season goose hunts if anyone is interested.
